HFO Chicago, a division of Morris Group Inc, the exclusive distributor of Haas CNC Machine Tools and related products in Indiana and Northern Illinois, seeks the right individual to sell to Indiana’s expanding machine tool market. Haas Automation is the top selling brand of machine tools by volume in North America. Our customers know us for the value our machines offer and their ease of use. Those who are not familiar with CNC machine tools are probably more familiar with the Haas Factory NASCAR and Haas F1 teams.

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Representative to drive CNC machine tool and automation sales within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing new accounts, generating leads, and ensuring comprehensive territory coverage and support. The ideal candidate will meet established sales and market share goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You Will Contribute:
Drive CNC machine tool and automation sales within an assigned territory.
Develop new accounts and proactively generate qualified leads to expand market presence.
Ensure comprehensive territory coverage, providing consistent support to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve established sales objectives and market share targets.
Partner with customers to enhance competitiveness in a global marketplace by identifying solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
Accurately document sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system (Salesforce).
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and technical proficiency to effectively represent complex equipment and solutions.
Prepare, generate, and present detailed quotations tailored to customer requirements.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills, consistently demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and engagement in all interactions.
Demonstrate resiliency and determination, maintaining focus and momentum in pursuit of goals despite challenges.

Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
