Summary of Responsibility:
HFO Chicago is seeking a bold and detailed Parts Clerk, with the potential to grow into a larger role, within our Field Service Group. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry.
What You Will Contribute:
- Extensive communication with customers via phone and email.
- Shipping and receiving all shipments and communicating to internal and external parties when necessary.
- Ensuring that parts orders are packaged securely.
- Processing quotes, orders and RMAs.
- Maintaining a neat and organized Shipping Department
- Parts are quickly made available to Technicians and Customers for pickup via will call.
- Service van inventory & replenishment.
- Ensuring parts warehouse & showroom is maintained in a clean, organized and orderly fashion - Picking up, sweeping, Zamboni, etc.
- Inventory management including physical cycle counts
Other Functions:
- Perform related duties as required

Job Qualifications and Proficiencies:
- High School Degree or equivalent experience or General Education Degree
- Adaptability - Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.

- Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
- Initiative - Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.

- Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
- Microsoft Office, and business systems a plus
- ERP, CRM, or warehouse management software experience a plus
